We are still in development, so some answers are “not yet.” Here is where things actually stand — and we will update this page as details are confirmed.

Coming to St. Johns, Fall of 2028Bounce & Barrel is a coastal social entertainment and hospitality destination in development for Northeast Florida. The plan combines a full kitchen and bar with active play, group events, family programming, and social space in one venue — built so a whole group finds something they want to do.
Bounce & Barrel is planned for St. Johns, Florida, opening Fall of 2028. We are working through site selection and development now, and we are not publishing an address until a site is confirmed. The location will be announced here and to everyone on our list as soon as it is final.
Bounce & Barrel is planned to open in St. Johns in Fall of 2028. Development timelines depend on site, permitting, and construction, so we are sharing the season rather than a specific date. We will announce the opening date here and to everyone on our list as soon as it is firm.
The planned mix includes dining and a bar program, an upstairs coffee and lounge space, indoor pickleball and indoor beach volleyball, golf simulators and putting, axe throwing and darts, racing simulators, original games developed in-house, and a guided family play space. The final activity lineup depends on the site and layout, and each area’s details will be announced as they are confirmed.
No — daytime is a deliberate part of the plan, not an afterthought. Coastal Current Coffee Co. is planned as an upstairs coffee and lounge space for mornings and afternoons, sitting directly above The Cove Kids Club so adults can have a coffee and a comfortable seat while staying right alongside their kids. It is being designed to work for a weekday morning catch-up, a mid-morning meet-up with the little ones, and an after-school afternoon, as well as for evenings. Operating hours will be published closer to opening.
Yes. The Cove Kids Club is planned as a coastal-themed guided play space for younger guests, with hosts on hand to help lead activities. It is important to be clear about how it works: The Cove is parent-present guided play, not licensed child care and not a drop-off service. A parent, guardian, or caregiver stays with their child for the visit — the space is designed around that, with seating alongside the play area and a coffee and lounge level overlooking it from above. Age guidance, any waiver requirements, and other specifics will be confirmed before opening.
Yes — private and group events are a core part of the plan, including birthdays, corporate and team events, reunions, watch parties, and fundraisers. Packages, spaces, capacities, and pricing are still being finalized. You can submit an event inquiry now and our team will follow up as details and availability are confirmed. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
Join the list on this site. We will send announcements about the location, opening timing, events, and early access — and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your information.
Use the contact form and select “Partnerships” or “Investor Relations” as your topic, and our team will follow up directly. We do not publish financial information, investment terms, or offering materials on this site.
Membership is being designed as a credit-based program rather than a single-activity pass: credits load onto your account, work across the clubs under one balance, and are spent by tapping your member card or phone at the venue. Members are also planned to be able to reserve available times ahead of general booking. Tiers, credits, benefits, and pricing are still in development and are not final.
It is our own game, developed in-house, and where the venue gets its name — a ball, a throwing lane, and a stacked rack of reclaimed barrels. Formats, scoring, and league play are still being developed and will be announced before opening.
We are planning a weekly rhythm of league nights, open play, trivia, and live music, plus a seasonal calendar that follows the sports year and the holidays. An early look at the direction is on the Updates page. Nights, formats, and the full calendar are not final.
